Worry is to be lost in fear, anxiety, unease. Don’t worry is a phrase I say often — to myself and to others. What I really mean to say is: trust, have faith, I believe in you, I care, I feel your feelings. To worry is to care. It means caring deeply but without a sense of trust and surrender. Surrender to the unfolding scenarios of how things are and will be.
What helps, in my experience, is to observe your thoughts without judgement and to be present in your body and breath — we are so many parts, not just the mind! How do you want to experience the path that is unfolding ahead of you?
