Motivation means readiness to act and persist in achieving desired goals. Concentration on the intended action, energetic continuation of the effort, maintenance of focus despite all the things and events that distract you.
Motivation makes it much easier to take up even the biggest challenge. It allows us to overcome everyday obstacles with real excitement. It would be great if we were all motivated at the very beginning of our endeavors but sometimes we can find motivation only after we make the first most difficult step and get going.
