Kookiness is a feeling just like sadness, happiness or anger. But the mind leads you into thinking you ARE kooky. It means you are feeling beyond confused, it means questioning every part of yourself. It makes the perception of yourself a delusion so that you need to point in the mirror and say – I am not crazy!
It’s okay to feel kooky sometimes. Life is confusing, emotions are confusing. Figuring out who you truly are is confusing. And when things are confusing, you question the reality around.
It can feel as if you were lying to yourself. It’s the imposter syndrome that relates to your entire existence.
Embrace your truth, there are no set rules dictating who you are. You get to choose who do you want to be.
